I will not charge back any portion of my membership fees, and understand that doing so is credit card fraud. I understand that Loyal Technologies will provide me with a tool to build FSBO Web Pages, but does not guarantee my success, nor will it guarantee the sale of my client's property. I understand that use of these marketing materials are at my discretion, and I am solely responsible for my actions, the results and the consequences of the services I render. I will not hold Loyal Technologies, its officers and/or employees liable for any activity in connection with my use of any of the marketing materials.
