I authorize Velocity Marketing Group to charge my credit card (listed above). I understand that I am responsible for monthly payments of $59.99 for my FSBO Closer subscription. I understand that this service is month to month. I understand that shortly after subscribing, Landvoice will contact me to set up my FSBO leads account. I understand that Landvoice is a separate company, and if I choose not to receive my daily FSBO leads from Landvoice, my FSBO Closer subscription will still continue unless I cancel with Velocity Marketing Group. I understand that charges will appear on my credit card under "Velocity Marketing Group". I will not charge back any portion of my membership fees, and understand that doing so is credit card fraud. I understand that Velocity Marketing Group will provide me with a tool to build FSBO Web Pages, but does not guarantee my success, nor will it guarantee the sale of my client's property. I understand that use of these marketing materials are at my discretion, and I am solely responsible for my actions, the results and the consequences of the services I render. I will not hold Velocity Marketing Group, its officers and/or employees liable for any activity in connection with my use of any of the marketing materials. I understand that if I wish to terminate my subscription, II must do so in writing within by sending an email to: customerservice@fsbocloser.com, or in writing to: Velocity Marketing Group, 3143 W 350 N, Layton, UT, 84041. I understand that understand that I have invested in a single-user license, and Velocity Marketing Group reserves the right to terminate or suspend my subscription if I share my account username and password with other real estate professionals. In this case, no refunds will be granted.
